The complimentary breakfast was a great start to my day, with a variety of dishes to choose from. the location was fantastic, with easy access to the main street and local attractions.

We dined at Grille, that is just 100 metres away. We planned to visit pacific mall, that was 10 minutes on foot, so we stayed here. We really enjoyed the breakfast and service and fantastic prices. Was a holiday base for city break:)))

Quick room service. In love with annex. Easy to get to, 15 minutes' walk to Vana.

The hotel provided a complimentary breakfast, and I enjoyed the delicious chai. The receptionist at the Annex was incredibly kind and helpful. The staff overall were polite and accommodating.

The hotel is conveniently located for a short layover, offering breakfast with a good variety of options. the staff are generally polite and the receptionist in particular was friendly.
There were issues with cleanliness in the room and the bathroom, and the management needs to improve their billing system to avoid double charging customers.

The cleanliness of the room was a major concern, with evidence of poor housekeeping such as a tissue left under the side table and dirty stains in the washroom.
